Processing Time

At ERSOEDGE, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as efficiently as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after your order confirmation has been received.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional campaigns, or unforeseen circumstances.

We offer secure tracked shipping to selected countries worldwide.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–10 Business Days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–12 Business Days

  • Canada, Australia & New Zealand: 8–14 Business Days

  • Malaysia: 2–5 Business Days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs inspections, courier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

Tracking information may require 24–48 hours to become active after shipment.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

We carefully inspect every order before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging received

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy from the date your order is delivered.

Return Conditions

  • Items may be returned in either used or unused condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Returned products must be sent back with all original components where applicable.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
